Terms & Conditions


To request a booking, potential clients should use the website contact form. Sophie's Dressing Service will review the booking request to decide if their service is appropriate for the potential client. A telephone consultation will normally follow before the booking is approved.


Clients must confirm their booking within 72 hours by paying an agreed deposit.


Deposits are paid in advance. The remaining payment should be made when attending Sophie's Dressing Service. Payments can be made by:

  • Bank transfer
  • Cash
  • Cheque
  • Paypal

Postponement or Cancellation by Client

If the client wishes to change the date of a dressing service appointment, the client should contact Sophie's Dressing Service as soon as possible. Changing appointments with less than 72 hours' notice is at the discretion of Sophie's Dressing Service.

If the request cannot be catered, the deposit will be returned (minus any charges made by the payment provider) if 72 hours or more notice is given. If less than 72 hours' notice is given and it is not possible to rearrange the appointment, the client may either attend the original appointment or forfeit the deposit.

Postponement or Cancellation by Sophie’s Dressing Service

If Sophie's Dressing Service cannot keep an appointment, they will contact the client at the earliest opportunity to rearrange a suitable date or cancel the appointment.

If Sophie's Dressing Service cancels an appointment, they will return all monies paid to Sophie's Dressing Service in connection with the appointment. However, Sophie's Dressing Service will not be liable to cover other costs incurred by the client or payable to third parties.


Sophie's Dressing Service is happy to take photographs on equipment (such as a camera or smartphone) provided by the client.

If the client wishes to be included on Sophie's Dressing Service website, they may send images to be included on the gallery pages of the site following the appointment. In doing so, the client understands that the images will be publicly available.

Requests to remove the photographs should be made to Sophie's Dressing Service. The client understands that the request will be passed to the web designer and should allow a reasonable time for the removal to be processed. Sophie's Dressing Service is not liable for any use of the images posted by other parties or for any delay in removing photographs. Sophies Dressing Service is not liable for any saved or locally cached images.


The client fully understands that Sophie’s Dressing Service is not a sexual service. Any client who behaves inappropriately will be asked to leave: full payment will still be required for the aborted session.
